Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for new employees’ enrollment and leavings’ exit process, also provide other HR Operations tasks that manager assigns.
? Employees’ on boarding and exit procedure follow up
? Employment contract and probation management
? Monitor HRIS maintenance and ensure HR data quality
? International move administration
? Ensures employees’ enrollment and leaving practice meet local government and legal requirement

Qualification Requirement:
? Education Requirement: Bachelor degree.
? Experience Requirement: 2 years HR relevant experience, preferably with relevant experience in HR Operations in MNC
? Knowledge Requirement:
1. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
2. Basic knowledge of local HR operation practices.
3. Good PC skills, HRIS management.
? Competency Requirement:
1. Hard working and responsible person.
2. Attention to details, careful.
3. A can-do attitude with strong team work skills.
