岗位职责：
1、全面负责公司产品的生产、采购、仓库工作；
2、负责组织选择合格的供方，并对其质量、保证能力进行考察和认证；
3、按照公司下达的生产任务，合理编排生产计划，按时、保质、保量地完成；按时上报各种生产报表；推动生产管理规章制度的建设和落实；主持召开公司内的生产管理会，协调、激励各部门的工作；
4、负责生产设备的购买、维护及修理等管理工作；
5、加强生产主要环节（原材料和配套设备采购、人工、设备和能源利用率、工艺改造和技术改进等）的管理，提高良品率，降低成本；
6、负责本系统工作的持续改进，制定相关的纠正和预防措施；关注员工思想动态，负责下属的工作指导、日常管理、沟通等；
7、与营销系统的协调：保证产、销的良好衔接

岗位要求：
1、本科或以上学历；
2、具有8年以上光电子器件产品或相关产品生产管理工作经验；
3、善于组织、计划、指导、控制及协调生产过程中的各种活动和资源；
4、有医疗产品生产经验的优先考虑；
5、熟悉医疗产品质量管理体系的优先考虑
6、具有良好的品格，对公司有高度的认同感；
7、头脑灵活、思维敏捷，工作细致、认真，有较强的发现问题、解决问题的能力；
8、良好的沟通能力以及团队管理能力；
