Main Responsibilities:

1. Take a leadership role in entity financial statement preparation and consolidation

2. Manage the whole finance and accounting process, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, includes sales, AR, AP, reporting, inter-company etc.

3. Responsible for internal control to ensure adequate control are in place

4. Leading a team of 3, responsible for talent development and retention

5. Be a leader in company system fine-tuning

6. Other tasks or assignment when required

Requirements:

1. Be confident & willing to take challenges, smart working, passion to work, and able to work under pressure with multi-tasks;

2. Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, being influential & assertive;

3. Good English skills, fluent in both written & spoken, with good presentation skills.

4. Strong computer & data processing skill, and rich knowledge with operational system, such as JDE, Hyperion, etc.

5. Finance/Accounting bachelor degree;

6. Very fluent English both in written and spoken, CET 6 or above;

7. 5 years working experience in multinational company, at least two years on financial supervisor area; Experience is healthcare or FMCG is preferential.
