Description

As Test Environment Engineer you will provide technical service and support to new and existing customer networks - telecom and datacom in internal Ericsson test plants. You will plan, design, troubleshoot and resolve problems in order to stabilize and optimize customer networks. You will collaborate on a global level and get to work in different cultural environments.

Qualifications

You have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering hardware, software and network knowledge. You enjoy working with people from around the world and across various disciplines, from customer technical staff to local authorities. You are self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge.

You should also have

- A Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent

- Experience in Solaris, Unix, Linux etc

- Scripting such as Perl, TCL, Expect

- Knowledge of RBS, BSC, RNC, Core Network

- Transmission techniques such as ATM & IP

- Writing technical reports

- Hardware platforms

- Fluent Chinese

- Good written and spoken English.
