Purpose of the position
· To carry out daily Logistic and Operations tasks efficiently and work within BU guidelines and Company’s policies and procedures.
· To support Logistc Manager in the execution of Logistic activities.


Key Tasks
· Coordinate with customer, receive feedback and arrange proper action.
· Correctly and timely respond to receive questions or inquiries from customers.
· Responsible for implementation of new customers and follow-up of SOP.
· Provide customs service for FTZ & BLP customers, ensure timely customs clearance, distribution…
· Receive domestic transportation inquiries, arrange inland transportation shipment, and monitor shipment status to ensure on time delivery.
· Provide accurate report, such as track & trace report, stock report, inbound/ outbound tracing report…
· Prepare and check S/A for logistic projects to ensure correct billing issues.
· Monitor agents’ performance by reviewing KPI, take certain action in case KPI is not reached.
· Perform all other related duties as assigned.


Skills & Competencies
· Attentive to good co-ordination skill, willing to work under pressure.
· Good team player, responsible, proactive


Educational background / Work experience
· At least 1 years working experience in relevant field
· Degree holder with CET 4.


Language skills
Good command of English & Mandarin both in written & spoken.


Computer Literacy
· PC literature especially in Word, Excel
