主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

1、生产设备基准书的编写与完善 Write and perfect the benchmark book of equipment

2、生产设备的预防性维护和突发故障处理 Implement the work of pre-check and pre-maintain the facility.

3、设备故障的预检预修分析Diagnose and analyze the problem of equipment

4、生产设备的备件的紧急替代及制作 Urgent replacement and machining of the spare parts

5、带领并指导维修人员共同完成很精密机械部件的组装或很复杂电气程序的修改与完善 Lead and coach the maintenance operators to accomplish the complex mechanical parts assembly and amend the electronic process

6、中大型生产设备的安装调试及改善分析Set, debug and kaizen the big type equipment

7、按时完成领导布置的任务Accomplish the task arranged by leader

8、严格遵守和执行EMS、QMS有关规定。Follow and execute the regulation of EMS & QMS.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

n 必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications

1、具备较好的机械、电气（PLC，CNC）专业知识和实践经验； 5年以上生产设备维修经验。Good knowledge of mechanical, electronic（PLC，CNC） area and experience. More than 5 years maintenance experience of manufacture equipment

2、优秀的解决问题的能力；Good ability of solving problem

3、杰出的敬业精神、团队协作能力；Professional dedication and team work spirit

4、能熟练使用电脑办公软件 Good OA Skill

n 优先录取的录用条件 Preferred qualifications

1、机械加工或铸造设备维护经验 Experience of maintain the machining or casting equipment

2、大专学历 College degree，懂英语或日语 have the knowledge of English or Japanese.

  公司于2005年9月26日正式成立，于2007年4月26日完成生产线建设并投入批量生产。公司主要产品包括BZ和NEW I4两大系列发动机，排量覆盖1.3L至2.3L。2010年，公司发动机产销量分别达213053台及212232台。2011年底，公司产品谱系新增Sigma系列发动机，产能跃升至43万台/年。目前公司在产的发动机均采用了轻质铝合金气缸体和气缸盖、注塑进气歧管、VCT机构（可变凸轮正时）、VIS机构（可变进气系统）、TSCV机构（进气漩涡控制阀）、MFI结构（多点电控燃料喷射）以及平衡轴机构等先进技术，以优化动力性能、燃料经济性、排放和NVH（噪音、振动、平顺性）性能，集成了发动机设计的各项新成果。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
