主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

1. 负责贯彻国家及汽车行业有关发动机的产品质量的法规、标准；Implement national and auto industrial regulations and criteria on engine product quality.
2. 负责厂际质量保证体系建设工作。负责对供应商二方审核评定的标准制订及组织实施工作。督促供应商建立、健全质量体系；build up plant quality guarantee system. Develop and implement mutual supplier review and assessment criteria. Supervise suppliers to establish and improve quality system.
3. 制订发动机配套件质量管理办法，并组织实施；develop and implement engine set parts quality management measures.
4. 负责配套件的质量技术攻关立项、检查、督促和效果验证；define open issues of set parts quality and technology. Review, supervise and validate resolutions.
5. 负责编制进出厂产品的相关质量控制技术文件；develop quality control technology documents of in-and-out-plant products.
6. 负责配套体系质量信息及质量状况的统计、分析、通报工作；statistics, analysis and notification of quality information and status of accompany system.
7. 负责供应商选点考核、现场考核、生产考核、日常业绩考核。Responsible for the appraisal of supplier selection, on-site, production and daily performance.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

n 具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications

1、专科以上学历，工程类、机械制造、电气技术、材料工程专业2年以上；College degree or above, major in engineering, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, material engineering , more than 2 years experience.

2、在企业曾从事过项目工作，有项目管理经验；Experience of project management.

3、良好的英语交谈和书写能力；Ability to converse and write in English.

4、熟练运用办公软件和AutoCAD；Experienced in using office software and AutoCAD.

5、具有良好的人际关系，乐观向上的性格，组织协调能力，团队合作精神。Mature interpersonal skills, pleasant personality, organizing ability, coordinating ability, team work spirit.

n 优先录取的录用条件 Preferred qualifications

1、在相关行业有担任质量工程师经历；Experience of working as quality engineer.

2、制造或产品开发工作经验。Experience in manufacturing or product development.

  公司于2005年9月26日正式成立，于2007年4月26日完成生产线建设并投入批量生产。公司主要产品包括BZ和NEW I4两大系列发动机，排量覆盖1.3L至2.3L。2010年，公司发动机产销量分别达213053台及212232台。2011年底，公司产品谱系新增Sigma系列发动机，产能跃升至43万台/年。目前公司在产的发动机均采用了轻质铝合金气缸体和气缸盖、注塑进气歧管、VCT机构（可变凸轮正时）、VIS机构（可变进气系统）、TSCV机构（进气漩涡控制阀）、MFI结构（多点电控燃料喷射）以及平衡轴机构等先进技术，以优化动力性能、燃料经济性、排放和NVH（噪音、振动、平顺性）性能，集成了发动机设计的各项新成果。
Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year. Advanced technologies such as light cylinder block and cylinder head made of aluminum alloy, plastic-injection intake manifold, VCT mechanism (Variable Cam Timing), VIS mechanism (Variable Intake System), TSCV mechanism (Tumble Swirl Control Valve), MFI mechanism (Multi-port Fuel Injection), and balance shaft mechanism etc. are adopted for the products. Various new achievements in the field of engine design are also embodied through optimization of dynamic performance, fuel economy, emission, and NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) etc.
