Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Establish and maintain the whole plant lean system.
2. Work with plant manager and other departments to achieve goals in areas such as (but not limited to) plant layout, organization structure, rationalization, work flow, product launch, quality, safety, productivity.
3. Plan internal lean activities; define time schedule and project, track and improve lean performance.
4. Forming plans for improving the productivity; leverage best practices (LEAN / Kaizen )to drive success in join productivity event
5. Communicate with relevant team to better manage the information flow;
6. Work together with strategic suppliers to better manage material flow, including supplier's lead time, delivery frequency, etc.
7. Organize training and communication of Lean to ensure all employees being clear with Lean manufacture knowledge or skill, and form lean culture in the company.
8. Identify and nurture manufacturing talent to prepare the next generation of manufacturing leadership.
9. Coordinate activities to achieve short and long-term manufacturing goals
10. Report periodically on achievement of goals based on productivity and Lean Assessment metrics.


Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree –Industrial Engineering or mechanical engineering preferred.
Education and training in the Toyota Production System preferred.
Position Requirements:
1. At least 10years'experience working in a manufacturing environment and 3+ direct leading lean projects .
2. Understanding of and passion for Lean Enterprise, as developed within the Toyota Production System.
3. Strong understanding of and ability to implement Lean Principles and Tools.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence the behavior of peers and others outside the direct reporting line; fluent English.
5. Ability to initiate, lead and sustain change.
6. Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
7. Project Management experience and skills.
8. Creative and innovative thinking.
