Job Objective 工作目标
Implementing the methods, tools, and procedures of project management across the business division in consideration of existing framework conditions as well as advising and supporting project managers during operative application.
现有体制条件下在各业务部实施项目管理的新方法、新工具和新流程；在实际应用过程中为项目经理提供咨询和支持
Tasks / area of responsibility 任务/责任范围
?Conducting project analyses with the involvement of concerned specialist departments following assignment by the head of the specialist division
获得各部门领导委派人员后，组织其参与进行项目分析
?Providing consultation for critical projects in particular in order to achieve project goals
为关键危急项目提供咨询，旨在使其转危为安以达到项目既定目标
?Standardizing methods and tools in the area of project management, conducting benchmarks using unified criteria, and determining parameters for best practices solutions
对项目管理方法及工具进行标准化；使用统一的标准进行比较改进，通过实践取得最优方案参数
?Integration of internal and external services if necessary, taking economic, quality-related and scheduling aspects into account in agreement with the superior
必要的情况下调动整合内外部服务资源，顾及经济、质量和时间三方因素并征求上级同意
?Planning, coordinating, and conducting training across the Group in order to provide project expertise as well as providing consultation to specialist departments regarding the implementation of corresponding methods
规划、协调并对各部门进行专业项目培训。在实施管理方法的过程中为相应部门提供实时咨询。
?Coordinating the required training sessions in consideration of their cost and benefit as well as providing information about all opportunities for training / education
兼顾成本效益因素，协调必要的课程培训，同时提供所有培训/教育机会的相关信息
?Performing other tasks also related to this position, e.g. examining and evaluating suggested improvements.
开展职位相关的其它工作/任务，例如检查和评估改进建议

Necessary requirements 任职需求
?Graduate in industrial engineering or comparable qualification
工业工程学位或同等学历
?Project management, more than 5 years
5年以上项目管理经验（汽车行业优先考虑）
?Good knowledge of English language skills
良好的英语语言技能
