KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 (include EHSS responsibilities)
？ Be responsible for the EHSS and Product Stewardship of related area and positions to ensure compliance of the company policy and regulations and national laws and related regulations.
？ Control for archive room
？ Receive and register all documents or data related with production, project and quality, assign unique document number for document generated internally.
？ Maintain documents or data related with program and data in company intranet and ensure its continuous effectiveness and in control.
？ Control document: prepare document list, label, vision control and so on.
？ Organize document filling for the site management and play a role in setting up and maintaining a guideline for filling and archiving through the site.
？ Filling hardcopy & softcopy document
- Receiving project documents and managing distribution
- Tracking receipt of documents internally & from clients / third parties
- Expediting the return of document from engineers & clients

? Confident, trustworthy and be able to work in a fast pace environment
? Self-Confident and professional appearance
? Good English reading and writing skill as well as fluently spoken English
? Working proactively with result oriented and teamwork spirit
