KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

Daily Work
1. Make all accounts payable posting accurately and timely. Included travel reimbursement.
2. Make accounts receivable/other receivable manual posting timely. Included received funds from local bank, received bank acceptance etc.
3. Make general ledger manual posting for local bank payment after received bank slip.
4. Make sure all postings should follow GC booking regulation. Included cash flow code, account code, text description, personal number etc.
5. Check all payable posting to SAP before weekly payment run.
6. Check and clear accrual and G/L account.
7. Check TW BT input issue Debit note to HK and deliver tax data to tax agency.
8. Monthly closing, pretty cash, bank reconciliation, cash position and credit report.
9. Finish group reporting BER and FAIR
10.Filing and Scan document to SAP

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

University degree or above, accounting or finance
At least 1 years experiences in accounting/finance, preferably in MFG environment;
Will to take challenge and new tasks
Be proactive, self disciplined and self motivated
Good English communication ability, both in oral and writing;
Knowledge about ERP system; experience in SAP will be a plus
