职位描述：
1、 负责layout设计、制作；
2、 根据导演思路和分镜头设计稿进行预演（layout）动画制作；
3、 负责简单的角色动作设计和动画制作，用简单特效增添画面效果；
4、 负责整个影片的节奏和艺术方向的把握。
岗位要求：
1、 熟练掌握Maya的摄像机及其动画模块，对其他模块基本了解，能制作基本的模型，会简单的角色绑定；
2、 熟练掌握包括动物和人物动作的节奏和动力学原理等动画原则；
3、 能准确解读电影文字剧本（具备分析研究故事/脚本能力）和画面分镜头，具有一定的分镜头绘制能力，最好是具备手绘脚本的能力或基本功；
4、 镜头感强烈，拥有较高的艺术修养。性格外向，喜欢看电影、摄影，有较强的表演欲并具备表演才能，有良好的条理性、创意思维能力和构图能力，以及与他人交流沟通能力和团队合作精神；
5、 至少熟练掌握一款后期剪辑软件；
6、 影视动画相关专业毕业或从事相关职业1年以上。
