职位描述
OUR OFFER
1) Ensure efficient and effective project-related communication and cooperation with top management, sub project leaders and project team members. Make alignment to reach consensus within the team. Ensure information flow and build positive team work culture
2) Leading major project management activities and project definition:
-Define project targets on quality, cost and schedule, get approvals from management
-Define time and milestone plan and detailed schedules for each subproject
-Define the project organization and project work break down structure. Clarification of responsibilities.
3) Conduct project control:
-Organize Project Review Meetings on different levels to follow-up progress, coordinate efforts, solve problems and conflicts
-Apply project control tools such as cockpit chart, checklists, etc. for due date tracking and reporting
-Conduct project risk management in order to minimize risks by implementation of suitable countermeasures.
4) Others:
-Through coaching, mentoring, motivation and supervising project team members and all stakeholders internally and partly externally to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned responsibility;
-Build and develop any business relationship vital to the success of project.
-Run lessons learned workshop in order to transfer existing experiences from other internal departments and people.
YOUR PROFILE
1）Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry on project management, familiar with project management methods and tools as well as PPAP, Certification in project management is preferred
2）University degree or college diploma in the field of engineering or management is required.
3）Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Chinese. Master communication skill in German is preferred, but not necessary
4）Familiar with Microsoft Office, ability of tools development with VBA is preferred.
5）Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
6）Be strong at logic and solution oriented thinking
7）Ability to elicit cooperation from all project stakeholders through ways of showing respect, make compromise, be flexible, having sensitivity;
8）Able to learn, understand and apply new technologies during daily work
9）Be persuasive, encouraging and motivating to create positive and effective working environment
10）Be motivated to work in an intercultural team
11）Willingness for moderate traveling within China and to Germany
