根据客户要求，收集及办理客户员工的录用及社会保险的有关材料；
审核客户提交的各项资料，并完成与派遣和社保机构的资料转接；
保证客户员工在正常情况下录用的进程，及时反馈跟踪特殊事项的办理；
解答客户及员工人事方面的操作问题，提供政策咨询服务；
客户信息的系统录入、填写，并确保系统录入数据的正确和及时；
人事外包队伍的内部业务及团队合作事务；
完成主管交办的其他工作。

职位要求：
大专以上学历，有一年以上相关工作经验 ；
熟悉人事劳动法规和具体操作流程；
工作细致认真，具备主动的服务意识和团队合作精神；
良好的沟通协调能力和亲和力；
有人事外包相关经验者优先。
