销售经理职位描述：

-- 执行实施本区销售管理制度和办法；

-- 对销售人员进行适当的行销训练课程培训，培养和建立行销团队；

--执行客户导向的销售策略，带领和指导所在地区的业务销售活动；

--拟定销售策略和目标管理，以有效地完成公司的利润目标，创造最大利润；

--能主动实施销售计划、策略与同行进行竞争并对现有客户及业务的保持。

--给销售队伍提供有效的领导与规划，以提高销售业绩和效率；

--主持每周销售会议，检查销售活动，找出解决问题的方案和提议，加强销售部的有效沟通；

--主动及时回馈并协助分析市场信息；

--在职责范围内监管客户信用风险；

--执行公司有纪律性的业务活动, 有权对下属提出人事推荐、评价和考核；

--对现有客户、指定货客户的维护做出销售工作分配管理；

--集中组织开发较有潜力的客户群（Target Accounts），并及时寻求有效的支持；

--重点控管有效的Sales Leads，协助销售人员有效地进行联络并达成目标；

--带领本销售队伍有效地执行公司制定的销售计划和工作指令；

--定期整理客户评估结果；

--定期整理、统计分公司的业务数据，并按时提交华中区销售管理部；

--有效地控制业务销售过程中的成本开支；

--业务拜访和销售部日常工作的安排，以及分公司销售管理工作的落实；

--根据需要，从事公司另外的工作。
