Job Description

The SEO Manager will be working with the Senior SEO Consultant and is responsible for the growth, management and retention of website traffic.

• Planning and implementing best SEO strategy on assigned websites
• Optimize on-site content for maximum visibility and rankings on the major search engines, includes HTML, site structure, page layout and navigation considerations
• SEO Friendly Website Structure implementation. Control naming conventions and linking conventions of web pages, images and multimedia files
• Keywords research and analysis. Perform information gathering services including technical website analysis, competitive/keywords research, and link analysis
• Perform quality assurance testing on websites
• Manage in-bound link development from relevant sites and directories
• Monitor and report on monthly campaigns and statistical analysis
• Interacting with IT and marketing teams to assist with promotions and projects including promotional campaigns, create banners and online advertising campaigns
• Manage teams of social media marketing and assist them where required
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research
• Test and track landing page optimization and other conversion strategies
• Train and build SEO and other teams contributing to the websites

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• Excellent English
• Mandarin a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of SEO experience with proven ability to achieve top search engine rankings
• Excellent knowledge about website optimization techniques and programming languages like PHP, HTML, CSS an JavaScripts
• Excellent knowledge of Social Media Promotion special mention networks including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, StumbleUpon, and Reddit
• Self motivated individual with ability to handle multiple ongoing projects in a fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member
• Excellent attention to detail, flexible and adaptable to change
• Ability to meet deadlines and exceed professional expectations
• Excellent project management skills.

Working Conditions

• Working in Nanjing, China is preferred.
