岗位职责


1、与客户沟通进行需求调研，完成调研报告，系统功能清单，需求规格说明书和系统概要设计；


2、与客户汇报系统功能清单和系统概要设计，并得到客户认可；


3、向开发工程师提供咨询、指导和解释业务需求；


4、根据调研报告，需求规格说明书，进行业务流程分析，及技术解决方案设计；


5、与客户及产品开发沟通，制定客户认可的可行的项目开发计划;


6、跟踪产品开发流程，完成需求变更的控制与管理，确保产品开发根据客户需求按时完成；


7、指导测试工程师根据测试需求，组建测试环境的工作；

职位要求


1、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历；


2、有应用软件开发工作经验、至少一年大型业务系统需求分析经验；


3、掌握需求分析方法，熟悉需求管理和研发过程管理；


4、具有较强的沟通能力，逻辑思维能力和文档编写能力；


5、精通数据库设计，精通基于C#或Java架构的产品设计；


6、了解操作系统（Windows，Linux）工作原理；


7、较强的责任心及团队合作精神，能够承担工作压力；


8、能适应经常出差


9、房产信息系统经验者优先考虑
Responsibilities:


1 Communicate with the customer to conduct requirement collection, write requirement collection report, feature list, requirement specification and system general design


2 Report to the customers the feature list and the requirement specification and obtain approval from them


3 Explain system requirement to developing engineers and provide consultation and instruction to them


4 Conduct service logic analysis and design the system in detail based on the requirement specification


5 Communicate with customers, as well as develop engineers to fix a viable develop plan


6 Be involved in developing process, responsible for the process of requirement change management, ensure the delivery of system on time and strictly complied with customer requirement


7 Instruct test engineers on how to build test environment according to the requirement


Qualifications:


1 Bachelor degree or above, major in computer science or similar


2 Application software developing experience is mandatory. At least 1 year enterprise level system requirement collection experience is preferred.


3 Master requirement analysis methodology, be familiar with requirement management and developing process management.


4 Excel at communication, logic thinking and documentation drafting


5 Excel at database design and C# or Java based system design


6 Familiar with operating system working mechanism


7 High sense of responsibility, team player, unable to work under high pressure


8, Willingness to travel frequently


9，Experience on Real Estate Info Management system is preferred
