JOB PURPOSE 工作目的
Full-time to work on existing projects, including but not limited: contract change, cash-in and commercial related discussion/negotiation with customer/partners/subcontractors;
全职为既有项目工作，包括但不限于：合同变更、收款请款以及与客户、合作伙伴或分包商进行与商务相关的讨论、谈判；
To monitor and ensure proper contract administration and commercial process are implemented, during project implementation.
项目执行过程中，监督确保日常合同管理及商务流程的贯彻执行；

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS 主要工作职责
Collect payment documents for projects within the time frame, filling all the related payment documents in order, and submit on time. Assist to follow up the payment collection with internal and external customers;
收集并整理项目的请款文件，并按时提交文件，协助跟踪内部和外部客户的付款；
Collect project/contract information from project team and assist to regularly update project payment overview report;
向项目团队搜集项目/合同的信息，并协助更新项目付款一览表；
Lead the contract change, cash-in and commercial related discussion/negotiation with customer/partners/subcontractors.
领导合同变更、收款请款以及与客户、合作伙伴或分包商进行与商务相关的讨论、谈判；
To monitor and ensure proper contract administration and commercial process are implemented, during project implementation.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS 基本技能要求
University degree in commercial, management, legal, international trading is preferred;
大学本科学历，商务，管理，法律，外贸专业优先

3+ commercial-related work experience

三年以上商务相关工作经验
1-2 years signaling project handling experience is a plus;
有1-2年的信号项目经验从优；
Experience of team work is a plus;
有团队合作经验从优；
Capacity of fast learning;
能快速上手；
Working under pressure and time controlling;
能承受工作和时间压力；
Result Orientation & good initiative.
