1. Position Summary职位描述

Provide IT helpdesk support for plant user; provide basic SAP system support to end user; Maintain AD , file & printer server, LAN & WAN; Fix asset maintenance.

2. Responsibilities职责
1.Provide support to the Shanghai Site including local and regional .*Support It operation supervisor to maintain IT server room &network* Provide technical support for IT client issue ,Hardware problems, network connection*problems, software installation problems ,Lotus notes Email clients problems* Daily Data Backup &data Restore if required*PABX system, door security system, building surveillance system*Maintain Building weak power wiring*User create(Email, NT, Phone User , etc)*work with IT Dept& Purchase Dept, to purchase I T hardware & Software,maintain IT fix asset

Maintain surveillance system &door security system Provide I T support for building security equipment
maintain hardware Weak power cabling , Client equipment
Installation & maintain software PABX system ,client software, new software testing
Training Provide IT skill to I T colleagues & End Users
Coordinating Communicate with IT Dept ,Purchase Dept & Finance Dept for I T product purchasing

Formal qualification基本条件:

Experience经验: 1-2 years experienced in IT support work, network Administration about Microsoft platform both for server and client, familiar with Microsoft product.


Skills 技能：Has hardware, network support experience , SAN storage experience .Acknowledge of Local Area Networks .Cabling, Routers, Switches ,Physical structure.

Knowledge学历: University degree or above, Computer or relevant major.

Communication / interpersonal沟通能力： can easy communicate with people

Analytical分析能力：can analyse problem by yourself

Time management / supervision 时间管理/监督能力：can manage your time to work efficiency

Strategic behaviors战略策划能力：can Plan a strategic vision thing
