职位职能: 实验室主管
工作职责：
负责协助完成实验室设备的选型、采购以及实验室设备的初期安装及调试工作
负责实验室所有设备的正常运行及良性管理
在德国实验室的支持下制定相关的产品及原辅材料检验规程
负责公司所采购原、辅材料及过程样品检验结果的符合性确认；对不合格品协调相关方拟定改进方案处理并记录
协助生产部门分析相关的产品质量原因，编制相应的整改措施，并跟踪实施
负责对实验室相关人员进行培训
相应的实验室工作安排、考核及管理工作
完成领导安排的其他相关工作

任职要求:
至少3年以上实验室相关分析工作经验，至少两年以上实验室管理经验
熟练使用GC ,ICP等仪器，能完成分析结果和分析报告
熟悉测量设备的校准及实验室管理系统
有扎实的分析和化工理论基础
熟悉SPC,MSA,了解APQP.
英语读写流利，口语流利
本科以上学历

Position title: Lab supervisor
Job description:
Give hand to engineer to proceed lab facility ‘s type selection and procurement as well as installation and commissioning work
Responsible for all facility of lab smoothly running and well management
Responsible to enact analysis manual of the raw material and product via the support of German lab
In charge of the confirmation for the result of the raw material process sample as well as final product , and to coordinate with related person to deal with the nonconformity product and complete filing work
Cooperation with production side to inspect and find the root cause of quality problem
In charge of the lab staff’s training
Related work arrangement and staff performance evaluation as well as management work
Other related work by supervisor

Qualification :
At least 3 years lab analysis operation work with minimum two years leading experience in lab
Be familiar with GC, ICP etc. operation, and be capable to get right analysis result and complete analyzing report
Be familiar with the calibration work of the related facility and lab system
Good professional background of chemical and analysis
Be familiar with SPC , MSA ,and know APQP
Fluent English reading and writing, communication with English is a must.
