Responsibilities:
-make planning for Raw materials in& finish product out; as a bridge between local plant and Central planning. Ensure high availability level through optimized replenishment of planned items, regular review and maintain planning parameters
-Lead daily operation of logistic activities
-Track performance of 3rd party service provider, sub-vendor, make sure the chain operated smoothly and continuously
-cooperate with warehouse, production and sales
-responsible for P2P process implementation
-make regular report on planning, forecast, payment, vendor performance, market development of the spend category.


Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in Materials Management, Logistics t or in Business
-3+ years working experience, in chemical logistics is a strong plus
-good knowledge in material management,SOP, regulations, laws ,industry practice and contract of spend category
-high skilled in 3rd party service provider, sub-vendor
-well-disciplined in business environment, process oriented
-Fluent in spoken&written English,skilled in Microsoft office, SAP
-Good at communication, team player
