Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Good fundamental understanding of overall body interior trim, exterior sheet metal and chassis construction.
• Ability to solve complex issues using a clear thought process.
• Follow-up root cause of solution with the design and release PD team to implement promptly into production.
• Ensure that the local China products are following the required S&R health chart and design rules.
• Support pre-production builds at the plant to ensure quality product launch. This involves travelling to our plants and test facilities around the country as required.
• Support current model quality improvement activities for squeak and rattle issues.
• Support the identification and avoidance of failure modes in the Chinese market for forward and current models.
• Use experience to assess attribute status of future programs for the China Market based on approved hardware actions.

Candidate Specification:

• Bachelor degree or above in engineering. Automobile specialty prefer工程专业本科以上学历/ 汽车专业优先
• Above 2 years work experience in the automotive industry汽车行业2年以上工作经验
• Driver's License and actual on-road driving experience.具有驾驶执照并且具有实际的道路驾驶经验
• Good understanding of design and manufacturing process of vehicle is an advantage.了解车辆设计及制造过程优先
• Strong experience in working in different cultures, systems, and processes.不同的企业文化系统及过程下的良好工作经验
• Demonstrated ability to develop a good working relationship with representatives from different companies, multiple programs and functions. 有能力和不同的公司团/项目及功能区域发展良好的合作关系
• Own basic knowledge for quality history, tools and method. Own Basic process quality control. STA experience and familiar with TS16949 prefer了解基础的质量历史/工具/方法。具有基本的过程质量控制经验。具有STA及熟悉TS16949者优先
• Highly motivated, positive attitude and a willingness to learn all areas of the vehicle.高度积极主动性学习车辆相关知识
