• Position Purpose:
• Ford Engineering Center in Nanjing is building up test facilities at the site and requires an experienced facility engineer to project manage implementation of new facilities. The person will work closely with facilities engineer based in China and Australia.
• Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:
• Manage installation of new testing facilities into Ford Engineering Center in Nanjing in accordance with Ford standards.
• Deliver facilities on time and budget in support of Ford milestones.
• Manage equipment contractors as required.
• Drive process improvements.
• Candidate Specification:
• Education Qualification:Engineering degree
• No. of Years of Experience:1– 5 Years
• Professional Exposure(Technical Skills):Ideally extensive experience in project management of complex installations of multi-million dollar facilities.
• Functional Skills: Project management
  Budget control.
  Strong awareness of health, safety and environmental standards.
  Autocad.
• Behavioural Skills:Drive for results.
  Work well in a team and also independently.
  Strong influencing skills.
  Good communication skills in English.
  Be flexible with work hours due to the time differences between markets.
