Position Duties:

Responsible for delivery and management of integrated IT business solutions. This will involve integration and alignment across various business partners and functions, multiple delivery partners (internally and externally sourced), and appropriate service providers and support teams. This involves developing or recommending IT strategies for the assigned solution space.

The solution delivery may range from a single phase of development to end-to-end delivery of a large set of integrated systems across multiple releases. This may require delivery of one or several managed services (e.g. providing testing services for a portfolio). This will include contributing to the delivery schedule, budget, risks, and issues as appropriate, and leveraging other application development resource roles/skills on the solution delivery team as appropriate (e.g. Project Management, Business Analysis, Solution Development, Testing, Architecture, Business Consultancy, Technology/Process Leadership). This includes promoting and leveraging IT services, products, and initiatives in support of the solution and long-term IT and company imperatives.

As an integrator, this role will require close collaboration with business partners, purchasing, IT delivery teams (internal or external), research communities, finance, the central business operations team, and the sourcing team (among others).

Position Qualifications:

· Experience working on solution delivery efforts (including identification of business need) in one or various roles (solution design, business analysis, project management, testing).

· Experience in analysis and design, business process development, and end to end delivery

· Experience on efforts integrating multiple delivery partners across a complex environment

· Experience working with external suppliers to coordinate delivery with Ford entities

· Experience in contributing to RFP/Q documentation to meet Purchasing and delivery needs

· Experience in helping establish or evaluate external supplier engagement delivery metrics

· Experience in solution delivery involving integration or alignment of multiple projects

· Experience with multiple delivery models (fixed scope, fixed capacity, staff augmentation)

Technical Qualifications:

· BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant discipline

· IT development experience in multiple roles.

· Experience in supplier partner delivery engagements (including experience with supplier request for quote development, supplier management, and experience with integrated delivery across multiple suppliers).

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Strong leadership skills and relationship management skills (e.g. supplier relationship management and business partner relationship management)

· Experience with 6-Sigma methodology for process analysis and improvement

Other Information (nice to haves):

· Experience implementing COTS solutions

· Hands-on experience as business analyst and with system design & analysis

· Experience developing and supporting large scale business applications

· Experience with asset management, procurement, finance, and other related IT back-office functions (including central sourcing team)

· Experience applying agile practices to solution delivery

· Experience with Unified development methodology

Product Line Specifics:

· Experience in the manufacturing environment is a PLUS

· Experience with quality monitoring, traceability, or plant floor controls preferred

· Experience with deployment/implementation of plant physicals including enclosures, workstations, PLCs and other plant floor devices is a PLUS

· Strong capability to manage, direct, and integrate the personnel and activities of vendor partners into ongoing operations for onsite implementation is key

· Project/Program management skills including financial tracking is critical

· Ability to shift resources and adapt to changing requirements and timing is a MUST
