职位描述

  • Position Purpose
  • The purpose of this position is to provide an end of line (EOL) electrical testing expertise from initial design phase through to implementation into multiple vehicle assembly plants. The position is expected to become the manufacturing subject matter expert (SME) on EOL tests systems (VCATS/eCATS), manufacturing IT, diagnostic IT systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead construction and implementation of EOL test configuration.

  • Construction and implementation of End Of Line databases for various models.


  • Interface with Ford departments and plants concerning the exchange of End Of Line requirements data.

  • Interface with Final Assembly Plants concerning the incorporation of their requirements into the End Of Line equipment, systems and databases.

  • Interface with Ford IT and alignment of End Of Line requirements with corporate IT guidelines

  • Where required support Assembly Plant PVS (Plant Vehicle Scheduling) department to align FACTS/eCATS Broadcast Requirements (FEOC and EBS).

  • On site End of Line process prove out when required by various launches.

  • Control of EOL Bill of Process to the verification activities required by the program.

  • Collaborate with plant representatives out-of-country, to ensure successful launch of new model programs into multiple plants

  • Skills Requirements

  • Be familiar with computer software packages.

  • Have a detailed understanding of vehicle electronic systems.

    Have a detailed understanding of computers and networking.

  • Have a background in the automotive and/or manufacturing industries.

  • Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.

  • Fluent in Chinese and a working level ability in English.

  • Preferred previous experiences

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar

  • 3-5years

  • Experience in Process Engineering or Production in Final Assembly for an automotive OEM, or for an OE supplier to an automotive manufacturer.

  • Working at an automotive manufacturer.
