课程顾问（人力资源咨询课程顾问）

Report to: Dierctor, Training Courses
Number: 4Ps,

Main Responsibilities：
1）认真学习研究人力资源顾问式服务专业产品，并总结课程收益；
2）努力发掘客户在人力资源方面的业务需求，向客户做有效的顾问式课程推广；
3）与客户保持良好的互动与沟通，努力完成个人课程推广目标，提升客户专业服务满意度。

Qualifications
1）人力资源相关专业大专以上学历，两年以上专业课程推广经验或终端产品成功营销经验；
2）思维敏捷，善于沟通，学习能力强，能对人力资源的专业课程做有效推广；
3）善于发现客户在人力资源专业方面的需求，从而能与客户保持有效的沟通与合作。
4）性格外向，善于分析。

工作时间：上午8:30-12:00，下午1:30-18：00（周末双休）
