Job Description:
1.Process Excellence:
(1)Charge of process analysis and operation recording to improve production efficiency;
(2)Charge of production line problem solving/trouble shooting;
(3)Develop/manage production SOPs and procedures, and training operators;
(4)Responsible for the confirmation and revision of production logic chart related to DCS programming of new or
existing products.


2.Production:
(1)Assist production manager to manage shift teams;
(2)Responsible for routine plant operation;
(3)Engaged in new product launching,formula transfer from R&D.


3.Quality Management:
(1)Engaged in ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 management system;
(2)Responsible for related document control;
(3)Responsible for process/technology related training and qualification.


4.Other:
(1)Close working with QC/QA and maintenance team to meet company requirements;
(2)Close working with Engineering team on all functions of new production line induction;
(3)Participate in PHA or other EHSQ related requirments cooperating with EHSQ function.


Education and other requirements:
1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, polymer, materials, or related field;
2.Above 2 years production engineer working experience;
3.Good command of both written & oral English, MS office;
4.Awareness of EHS and Quality management;
5.Knowledge and experience on instrument, electric domain. (DCS experience is preferred.)
6.24 hours on call and overtime if needed;
7.ISO9001/14000 experience is a plus.
