Job Description:

1.EHS management

(1)Establish and maintain SI-Nanjing integrated EHSQ management system;

(2)Work with the plant team to ensure plant operations comply with the company EHS management system and

applicable regulatory law and regulations;

(3)Develop a safety culture / attitude amongst all employees in line with SI Group EHSQ standards and policy;

(4)Responsible for organizing and launching a variety of internal EHSQ audits to identify areas which need

improvement;

(5)Assess EHS risks related to the hazardous operation tasks/engineering projects through MOC/PHA/LOPA review,

take actions to mitigate risks to an acceptable level;

(6)Provide professional support to operation team for activities related to EHS;

(7)Prepare necessary EHS reports to China management ,corporate management and local authorities;

(8)Participate in selection and management of the service contractors, material suppliers;

(9)Maintain sound working relationship with local authorities to facilitate approvals of permits for

health,safety, firefighting and environmental protection matters;

(10)Represent the company to government or community on EHSQ related cases;

(11)Manage and develop subordinates;

(12)Control of EHS cost.

2.Quality Assurance and quality control

(1)Drive total quality management program to continuously improve manufacturing quality and to achieve better

customer satisfaction;

(2)Organizes routine quality performance review meetings and present quality performance during management

meeting;

(3)Prepare and implement quality audit plans;

(4)Responsible for conducting quality knowledge training for subordinators and other operations employee;

(5)Maintain quality data in ROSS system;

(6)Handle customer complaints according to customer complaints handling process;

(7)Support sales and customer service in interfacing with customers for customers inquiries and provide

quality support;

(8)Prepare necessary quality reports;

(9)Coordinate the third party auditing company for quality management system annual validation and license

renewal.

Education and experience requirement:

1.At least 5 years in Quality management and / or EHS management field in manufacturing environment. At least 2

years in supervisory role of Chemical Industry;

2.Solid experience in ISO9000/140001/OSHA 18001 management;

3.experience in applying project approval related is preferred.
