In order to attract excellent talents with global view, bring up elites in professional field and develop backbone of BSH China, Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group will launch the International Trainee Program 2014. This program lasts for one year, during this period, BSH China will select and send high potentials with sound theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience in the field of business administration to Germany to attend a series of systematic trainings, project practices and global job rotations etc. to improve their various competences including language, communication, professional knowledge as well as project management skills, so that to lay a solid foundation for their future career development in BSH China. This program mainly focuses on young potentials major in economics, management, finance etc. including graduates and the aspiring young talents having one to two years working experiences.

为吸引具备全球视野的优秀人才，打造专业领域精英和培养博西中国公司发展的中坚力量，博世和西门子家用电器集团启动2014届国际培训生项目。该项目为期一年，我们将选送拥有商务专业背景及实际经验的潜力人才到德国总部，通过系统培训、项目训练及全球轮岗等培养计划，全面提高国际培训生在语言沟通、职业技能、专业知识及项目管理等各方面能力，为国际培训生在博西中国的职业发展打下坚实的基础。该项目面向具有经济、管理、财务、审计等专业背景，具有发展潜力的青年人才，包括应届毕业生或具备一到两年工作经验的优秀青年。

Program Period 项目时间：

12 months (June 2014 to May 2015)

Key Points 项目要点：

- The applicant should be Chinese nationality;

申请人须为中国国籍；

- Besides normal interview process, the applicants will attend video interview in German language and take part in related special designed assessment activity;

除正常面试流程，申请人要参加视频德语面试及相关考评；

- The international trainee should sign China Labor Contract;

国际培训生须签订中国劳动合同，在选送之前先加入中国公司并工作至少三个月；

- The international trainee should sign 5 years Service Agreement (including 1 year traineeship);

国际培训生须签订为期五年的培训生服务协议（包含为期一年的培训生项目时间）；

- The international trainee take remuneration the same as similar position in Germany during whole traineeship;

国际培训生在德期间享受与德国同等岗位的相同待遇；

- The international trainee should come back and work in BSH China since traineeship terminates.

国际培训生须在培训生项目结束后返回中国公司工作。

Requirements 任职要求：

- Bachelor and above, study experience in Germany is preferred;

本科或研究生学历，德国留学经历优先；

- Non-language (English/German) majors, economics, management, finance related knowledge background are preferred;

非德文或英文语言专业，经济、管理、财务、审计等相关专业优先；

- Graduates or have one to two years working experiences;

应届毕业或拥有一至两年工作经验；

- Good ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing in German, English and Chinese;

熟练的德文、英文和中文听说读写能力；

- Good communication, strong logical thinking and analytical skills, ability to learn.

善于沟通、有较强的逻辑思维与分析能力、学习能力强。
