岗位职责：
1．负责编制智慧高速公路工程项目实施计划；
2．负责项目设计方案的深化，修正设计方案；
3．具体实施智慧高速公路系统开发项目、进度管理；
4．负责编制并监督落实智慧高速公路工程项目系统开发组织设计、重要技术方案变更；
5．指导做好工程计量、变更等工作；
6．组织召开项目协调会议；组织协调项目团队与各个合作伙伴的系统整体调试及试运行；
7．组织甲方、监理等竣工验收，组织第三方检测机构进行系统检测；
8．用户系统实施满意度调查，运维人员培训并移交系统到给用户。

任职资格：
1.具有计算机、机电、通信工程、自动化、交通或相关专业专科以上学历；
2.熟悉江苏高速公路或者在江苏高速公路行业有多年工作经验；
3.具有一定的高速公路三大机电项目的工程经验；
4.比较熟悉计算机和网络技能应用，比较熟悉计算机软硬件系统和架构；
5.具备一定的智能交通领域工程技术知识和项目管理经验；
6.胜任与合作伙伴沟通、协商、谈判等事务；
7.具有较好的分析判断能力和计划、组织、协调能力。
