一、职位描述：
1、负责招聘一线操作工、培训协调、员工活动等；
2、定期完成各类HR报表，如月度人事信息月报数据等
3、负责电子、物理版的档案管理，及时更新组织结构变化和人员调整信息；
4、协助主管根据公司的人力需求计划，开发各种招聘渠道，有效开展发布、筛选、预约、安排、存档等一系列招聘工作。
5、培训方面：协助主管根据各个部门的培训需求，跟踪、汇总、执行，并对培训效果的评估提出合理的评估方式并进行跟踪执行；
6、对本部门的各种执行的规章制度及公司的各项规章制度进行定期的诊断，与部门经理一起建立健全公司的各项规章制度。
7、日常行政事务的处理工作（包括机票、名片、快递、员工中餐的定制等）
8、负责员工礼品、奖品的采购工作；

9、协助主管进行办公环境、工厂环境的管理
10、领导交代的其他工作
二，任职资格：
1、 年龄23岁以上，行政管理、工商管理、人力资源等专业本科以上；
2、 熟练使用各种办公软件；
3、有1年以上制造型企业人力资源工作经验；
4、有较强的适应能力和沟通能力，团队意识强；
5、必须积极主动、勇于承担责任，性格开朗、外向、敬业。亲和力较强；
6、 能承受较大工作压力，善于学习；
7、具备良好的英文听、说、读、写能力优先；

8、家住松江优先考虑。
