职位描述
Reports to: Sr. HR Manager, East China
Main Responsibilities
Essential Function 1: Recruitment and selection
1. Execute recruiting of new employees through proper channels and assist the candidates selection
2. Ensure the compliance with the internal procedure and approval from Greater China region.
3. Manage job profile/job description with input of line manager
4 Execute the recruitment process for outsourced employees. Make sure to get approval before the hiring.
Essential Function 2: Compensation & Benefits
1. Ensure the correct salary payout every month for local employees, join salary survey to support salary review
2. Administer the social insurance, Housing Accumulation Fund proceeding and commercial insurance
3. Report the individual income tax to the local tax office
Essential Function 3: Traning & Development
1. Maintain and improve training system to support business strategy and improvement of employee competencies.
2. Collect training needs and work out annual training plan based on needs analysis.
3. Make sure training plan well implemented to meet target/objective. Establish and maintain training record.
Essential Function 4: Labor Relation & performance management
1. Manage all employees' labor contracts including renewal or termination
2. Monitor performance management system implementation and keep PMP results records
3. Handle termination clearing process.
4. Ensure labor practise compliance with labor laws and local labor regulations
Essential Function 5: Others
1. Coordinate HR leading project implementation in site
2. Provide professional HR suggestion to site mgrs, help to develop solution and implement from HR pespective.
3. Other assigned taskes allocated by HR manager
