The FAE will have the following responsibilities:
? Work closely with customers on smartphone/tablet/data-card projects, handle customer technical
issues timely and coordinate backend supporting resource to ensure customer product launch.
? Organize technical meetings and trainings with customers engineering team to improve customer
development efficiency and shorten the product’s TTM.
? Monitor customers development schedule and support all problems in customer products life cycle.
Report customer projects technical and developing risks to sales and marketing team.

Harware FAE specific responsibilities:
? New product promotion and hardware technical training
? Provide profesional technical consult for customer design, schematic and PCB review.
? Help customer on any harware related issues with both remote and on site.
? Brige R&D, field team and customer to make sure customer issue resoved timely

Qualifications
? B.S. degree or above in electrical engineering, communications and computing or equivalent.
? Solid knowledge and experience on hardware design and debug.
? 4+ years of hardware experience in smartphone or equivalent commercial device.
? Rich debugging and trouble shooting experience in smartphone application processor, or
communication processor.
? Excellent communication, self-motivated and good team player.
? Good English read/write/oral capability.
? Basic software knowledge will be a plus.
