职位描述:
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Be fully responsible for all customer complaints, provide prompt technical support to PDE team.
2. Be responsible for communication with commercial team, and provide technical training.
3. Be responsible for technical training of online technician, especially moulding/injection technology. Share customer complaint case to mfg team internally.
4. Be responsible for all RM status maintenance and RM COA.
5. Provide the quality concern report, work with PE and production team to draw out corrective action plan based on quality customer complain and audit the execution result.
Qualifications Required:
1. Bachelor degree in chemical related discipline
2. More than 5 years experience as quality assurance specialist in Plastics industry
3. Be familiar with Moulding process, good at manage customer complaint.
4. Good organization and coordination skill
5. High quality sense, Customer service oriented, System thinking
6. Good English skill both in reading and writing
7. Literacy in computer is essential
Desired
- Good Speaking English would be a plus
