This is a European Company based in Hangzhou downtown, which is leader of their industry. Considering the development of business, they are recruiting finance manager.

Key Responsibilities:

? accounting
？ setup and apply the accounting policy
？ manage the accounting daily operation
？ review and validate all accounting reports under PRC GAAP
？ manage the yearly PRC GAAP audit
？ review and validate all accounting reports under IFRS GAAP
？ manage and cooperate the yearly IFRS audit from the Group Auditor
？ perform the periodic accounting & control review
? treasury
？ manage the cash daily operation
？ review and validate all bank transactions
？ manage the hedging relationship
？ manage all the bank credit lines and credit documents
？ credit analysis for client / commitment & cash flow analysis to support to the project selling
? others
？ develop and improve the procedures in the department
？ subsidy application to the municipality
？ relationships with government divisions

Key Requirements:

？ bachelor degree or above, majored in accounting or audit
？ medium professional certificate, over eight years accounting and finance experience, of which at least four years on supervisor position and above three years in international enterprise
？ good knowledge of “Enterprise Accounting Policy”, “Enterprise Accounting Principle”, and related state finance laws
？ familiar with related government departments work procedure
？ good communication skill and teamwork spirit, strong in financial analysis and judgment
？ background of project or manufacturing engineering industry working experience is favored
？ fluent in reading, writing, and speaking and listening in English; skillful in office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
