CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is the global leader in the manufacture of automotive harnesses.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, monitor Value quality control and quality improvement activities to make sure to meet DBS and customer requirements
- Be responsible for coach Quality Engineers to conduct master board release duplicate boards release conveyor line release and WI implementation
- Coach subordinates to provide quality support in Manufacturing Engineering design and Production Process to assure on-time production and product quality.
- Allocate resources to coordinate PPAP and provide PPAP document to customer.
- Coach subordinates to participate in PFMEA, Cpk , control plan and file related record
- Participate in problem solving in Value Stream and corrective action and verify the implementation
- Monitor and keep the implementation of quality control system in all over Value Stream
- Control, analyze and consolidate quality data and provide improvement proposal to make sure Process Continuous Improvement in Quality.
- Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements
- Develop subordinates' capabilities to meet the positions' requirements
- Follow up the Company EHS policies
- Coach subordinates to follow the Company EHS policies
- Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- University degree major in Science, Engineering or related.
- Must have strong engineering knowledge, familiar with ISO 9000/QS9000 Quality system. Familiar with products and product drawings,
- Having knowledge and experience of FEA, MSA and SPC, etc. having quality management and inspection experience and leading ability.
- Over 3 years Quality Management working experience with at least 1 year as Supervisor role
- Rich experience with quality assurance, quality control in the plant.
- Experience with taking part in a project development team
- Familiar with customer complaints and keeping relationship with customers.
- Familiar with SVW's process, norms and requirements.
- Familiar with SMA, SPC, TS16949, VDA, Formal-Q and equipment release.
- Fluent English that enables to communicate frequently with the company’s headquarter in Europe
