Job Description
任职资格：
1. Familiar with Terms & Conditions, such as FIDIC.
熟悉相关条款，例如FIDIC；
2. Has EPC international project knowledge especially in contract management.
有EPC国际项目知识特别是合同管理的经验；
3. Review primer contract (between client &EPC Company) focus on risk assessment, such as liability, insurance, warranty, etc.
审查初步合同，特别是风险估计；
4. Work as legal consul to review subcontract such as EPC Company to Construction Company.
座位法律执行分包；
5. Familiar with multiple contract templates, such as fix price contract T/M contract, unit rate agreement LSEPC, EPCM contract etc.
熟悉多样的合同版本；
6. Fluent spoken and written English
英语说写熟练。
