Major Accountabilities Of Position:
1, Routine Work for office
？ Deal with Registration work with new joined members
？ Update office Contact list
？ Book Meeting Room, arrange meeting & take Minutes of Meeting
？ Make arrangement for visitors on accommodation, visa, travel, etc
Arrange office supply

2, Other tasks may assigned includes but not limited to:
？ To organize teambuilding for the office
？ Support Document Control on document duplication, etc.


Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

Job Specific Knowledge:
· Familiar with excel worksheet, power point presentation and other commonly used IT software.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Excellent team player with positive attitude.
· Be fluent in both Spanish & English

Industry Specific Experience:
· Minimum 1 year experience in Secretary/Admin position in relevant company or industry

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

IT Skills:
· User experience with MS environment communication packages (Office, SharePoint, Exchange)

People Skills:
· Good communication skills.
· Good team player
