Primary Objectives:
? Educate/empower field sales force via in-store coaching: selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
? Conduct regional training class.
? Inspire, educate and motivate field sales force. Be their leader and mentor.
Time Allocation:
In-store Coaching 60%
Classroom Training 25%
VIP Event 10%
Administration 5%

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-store Coaching: (60%)
? Work closely with the Education Manager to ensure that the highest of La Mer service standards are maintained. Coach each La Mer Expert and La Mer Therapist on specific service/selling behavior and best practices via role-play exercises.
? Enforcement of after-sale service to meet requirements set up by brand.
? Work closely with the Education Manager to support and groom Counter Manager to become more effective at managing La Mer Experts.
? Lead by example via counter coaching - work alongside each Counter Manager and La Mer Expert to provide on-going Education (customer service, selling skills/product knowledge, and personal grooming).
? Review on a monthly basis each La Mer Expert – Productivity, AUS, IPT, customer service, % of Trio sales, customer retention. Enhance performance and address concerns via in-store coaching.
? Organize and attend monthly La Mer Expert meetings as required, to explore solutions to common business issues, provide feedback from training classes and look for opportunities to further drive results (retail sales, service levels, customer satisfaction, and other KPI’s).
? Conduct quarterly field force appraisals in conjunction with the Counter Manager. Recommend/implement course of action – training needs etc. Submit quarterly appraisals to Education Manager for review.
? Recruit (with both Sales Manager and Education Manager) all new La Mer Experts and La Mer Therapists.
Classroom Training: (25%)
? Conduct all regional training together with Education Manager.
? Conduct certified training courses of orientation program for all new unconfirmed La Mer Experts.
? Conduct ad hoc “refresh” classroom training on a need-to basis as directed by Education Manager.
? Provide training to department store in order for them to be familiarized with our brand.
? Communicate with the relevant Counter Managers on the quality of classroom participants – highlight individual areas of opportunity and agree action plans and follow-up.
VIP Event Preparation and Execution: (10%)
? Assist Brand in conducting VIP Events.
? Ensure the execution of all VIP events meet La Mer’s standard.
? Ensure all event logistics are properly arranged as directed by brand.
Administration: (5%)
? Set up the Training Room in readiness for training, ensuring brand standards, culture and philosophy are reflected appropriately. This includes all logistics, such as the ordering of testers, stationary, snacks, etc.
? Help to update develop training course material e.g. PowerPoint presentations, handouts and relevant sources for the training.
? Identify employee's training needs to meet business development and employee business career development.
? Help to collect “success stories” and selling tips across field force
Qualifications / OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
? Well-groomed and confident female. Always present herself / himself in a manner that reflects the standards of La Mer brand.
? Passion for teaching and for helping others to learn and improve their job performance.
? Excellent coach and communication skill.
? Strong sense of ownership, able to take initiatives and responsibilities.
? Previous field sales experience in luxury goods industry.
? Counter-based office. Must wear full La Mer uniform at all times during working hours.
? Basic oral & written in English.
? Computer literate: Word, PowerPoint and Excel (desirable).
? Available to travel in China.
