Responsibility
1. Answering incoming calls on customer/partner inquiries, providing information and service according to guidelines, aiming at customer satisfaction and explore opportunity as pre-sales.
2. Dig new sales opportunities and collecting valuable project information such as key person etc, by placing outbound calls from Marcom lead, customer care center( CCC) lead, local website lead, customer list provided by IBS service team & BU etc.
3. Send Pre-qualified opportunity to BU sales and update opportunity status by following sales until closed.
Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Major in engineering, Industrial Automation/Electrical & Power Engineering is preferred
3. 3 years of experience in a relevant field e.g. Tele sales/Pre-Sales / Post-Sales Support
4. Motivating, energetic and passionate

5. Strong communication and selling skills;
6. Highly collaborating with others & strong team spirit;
7. Excellent computer skills
