DESCRIPTIONS
As the Unit Head for Online Marketing, you are responsible to drive the usage and offload initiatives to promote the Citibank Online and Mobile banking services to both new to bank and existing banking customers.
On top of increasing the usage of our online banking services, you are responsible to expand the usage of our e-services such as:
1. Driving revenue through the channel by cross-/up-sell sub-products such as EPP, ALOP and any upcoming
2. Expand the scope of credit card usage through e-commerce, online rewards redemptions, activation program and others
3. Digitization: acquiring and converting existing customers from physical statement to electronic statement, executing eWelcome Pack and customer on-boarding
4. Global view of accounts, international fund transfer: driving globality of Citibank Online through the use of online banking channel
5. Enhancing usage, transfers & payments propositions: extending the reach of bank wide usage & payments programs to the Internet & Mobile segment
6. Citi Alerts: driving the use of Citi Alerts services to our customer base to offload quick service enquiries such as checking account balances, receiving alerts, etc
7. Building e-quotient database: lead initiatives to enrich customer database by registering their emails, mobile numbers and other mean of digital contacts
Your fit to the role are assessed and measured across your experience in strong digital marketing experience, consumer behavior-driven and being organization savvies to drive continuous successes for Citibank.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible to deliver and/or over-achieve the business plans assigned, which includes penetration of eStatement, Citibank Online users, Citi Mobile users, Citi Alerts, Usage contribution and new businesses in time to come
? Drive development and implementation of Internet marketing strategies and innovations with your manager, product/channel manager to identify growth opportunities
? Responsible to marketing budget management and delivering end-to-end superior customer experience
? Collaborate with marketing team for business development with external business partners e.g. online co-marketing initiatives
? Identify & recommend with in-depth review of new Internet opportunities, process improvement, system enhancement to the management
? Working cross-departments such as colleagues from sales & distribution channel, branch & frontline officers and call center officers (Citiphone)
? Managing the data analytics that measure the effectiveness of the channel, initiatives and expenses
SKILLSET / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Broad internet business knowledge and customer focus with a strong concentration in marketing communications
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation creation and delivery
? Excellent facilitation, execution and management skills required to carry through production works on both online and offline communication materials
? Excellent people and organizational skills required
? Expert level proficiency in analyzing & utilizing MIS data to make fact-based recommendations to improve overall strategies
? Strong interpersonal skills, absolute team players and negotiators
