Job Duties:
1. Act as the first step in the account remedial management acting to identify "potential" problem accounts or portfolios before deterioration
2. Assist customers to solve its problems if possible and at the end aiming to protect credit interests of the Bank.
3. Evaluate portfolio trends against macro parameters/portfolio reports, formal & informal collection of market intelligence, scheduled/triggered customer calls, site visits & field inspections, transactional/facility utilization analysis and use of other early warning tools (e.g. stress testing) as appropriate.

Requirements:
1. Good knowledge in trade finance & credit risk control.
2. Reasonably good local industry and commercial banking field connection.
3. Prior early warning experience is advantageous but not essential.
4. Graduate level and minimum 5 years as Relationship Manager and/or Credit Analyst in Commercial Banking. Credit Administration skill/experience would be a plus.
5. Be sensitive to economic/industrial trend and knowledge on potential impacts towards accounts/portfolios.
6. Be detail and analytical minded to perform industry/customer/facility trend analysis in accordance to credit policy & procedures.
7. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and with the ability to work with people at all levels.
8. Be skeptical when alerted by early warning signs and is able & willing to express "stay" or "leave" decision as appropriate.
9. Have strong initiative and high level of integrity
