Position Responsibilities
? Lead national consumer banking branch/ATM outlet merchandising planning & visual management:
－Coordinate with all business teams for quarterly national branch merchandising update planning and execution.
－Conduct regular branch merchandising check nationally and provide frontline coaching on VM, coordinating with S&D MO and CRS teams for necessary actions.
－Optimize smart banking digital merchandising effectiveness and utilization.
－Support strategic marketing initiatives related with branch/ATM channel marketing.

? Lead national wide new branch opening project management from marketing perspective.
－Lead new branch branding proposal and merchandising planning to optimize branch VM effectiveness.
－Plan and mange holistic marketing launch campaign to optimize new branch branding, visibility and awareness along with China distribution expansion.
－Supervise national-wide new branch branding design in line with regional branding guideline and branch merchandising guideline.
－Partner with Corporate Affair team to maximize brand awareness and drive brand preference along with China franchise expansion.
－Coordinate with new branch team for new branch/new city marketing support plan to drive business growth along with franchise expansion.

Experience/Skill Requirements
? University Degree or above
? Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in area of consumer marketing, event marketing or retail marketing. (Senior Franchise Marketing Manager)
? Strong project management skill.
? Experienced in event marketing planning and execution.
? Good people management and interpersonal skill. Able to work with internal and external cross-functional departments and agencies
? Strong and independent hands-on experience with minimal supervision.
? Positive attitude, open-minded, and self-motivated. Willing to take responsibility and work under pressure.
? A good people manager, capable of providing coaching guidance to team members. (Senior Franchise Marketing Manager)
? Good communication in Mandarin and English, oral and writing.
