1. NESCAFE Dolce Gusto Shanghai Sales Manager

工作职责：

Establish in the Retail/Trade of NESCAFE Dolce Gusto and strategically develop the business to achieve/exceed our target objectives in Shanghai.

Through her/his professionalism and dynamism, the Sales Manager will ensure that the retail network performance is optimum in order to deliver our high service levels to customers as well as deliver on commercial expectations in line with the budget.

1. Store management

? Managing the store performance and ensure each contact points quality with consumers.

? Responsible for execution

? Ensure a strong management presence is maintained in all stores through regular visits and evaluations.

. Forecast and stocks management

2. Trade/ Customers

? Define and manage Sales and Trade Terms

? Obtain listings for each defined key accounts and stores.

? Ensure full availability of the machine range/ core capsules range via forecasting and cooperating with supply chain

3. Market Intelligence and Compliance

? Understand, analyze and know the market, its developments and foresee future trends. Understand consumer and trade insights via implementation and mastery of all available market analytical tools.

? Ensure that all commercial B2C activities are managed according to Nestlé business principles and operating guidelines.

? Ensure and manage all legal compliances applicable locally.

? Constantly monitor and track competitor activities and be proactive

4. Organization & Administration

? In conjunction with direct reports, ensure processes and procedures are implemented and respected (Cash management, Stock management, TQM guidelines, Visual Merchandising, etc)

? Establish and submit weekly and monthly reports to all related person

任职要求

? Bacherlor degree or above,

? More than 5 years working experience with department stores (food related) and premium supermarket.

? Strong commercial acumen combined with Planning, Organizing and Controlling.

? Proven Leadership Skills

? Negotiation and influencing skills

? Analytical and decision making

? Strategic thinking and effective execution for achieving results

? Resilient/Resistance to Stress

? Strong interpersonal skills/good at networking

? Entrepreneurial and self starter

? Ability to act independently respecting Company policies, guidelines and strategies

? Foresight, Strong Intuition

? English- writing and speaking capability (medium)

? Microsoft office - powerpoint and excel skill

？Department store sales exp. will be a plus
