Main Responsibility:

(1) Responsible for handling daily IT helpdesk and troubleshooting issue for desktop client IT equipments including hardware, software and office applications

(2) Follow IT internal hardware / software standard and IT management policy and procedures

(3) IT Assets management including computer, printer, fax, copy machine etc.

(4) Guarantee information security in workplaces and client computers

(5) Maintain and update related IT documents and records

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in computer science or related fields

2. More than 1 years IT helpdesk professional working experience.

3. Experiences in management of Windows domain and OU

4. Basic knowledge of Windows systems, Networking / MS Office Outlook Mail and Desktop Management

5. Experiences with network cabling, telephone cabling, network printer management as a plus

6. Familiar with information security concept and technology

7. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
