Job Responsibilities:

1. Technical supervision and support

？ Technical supervision and support throughout the entire process of product development

？ Develop guidelines with head QC to train suppliers

？ Work closely with MD team and QC and suppliers on samples and inspections to find workable solutions to quality issues

？ Help supplier to solve technical production problem

？ Visit supplier / factories

2. Manage Basic Block

？ Transform format of basic block according to requirement

？ Keep basic block systematic

？ Hand over basic block to supplier according to requirement

3. Technical support in pattern

？ Help suppliers to solve pattern problem

？ Provide direction and training of pattern technique to suppliers and IOF staffs

4. Make pattern according to business demands

5. Provide other technical supports in pattern, fitting and grading

6. In charge of dealing with CAD-System to create & record the basic block once the system implemented in the company

Requirements:

？ Proactive in communication, research and analysis

？ Extensive product and pattern making & grading knowledge as well as manufacturing process of garment

？ Pattern making skills and a trained eye for exact fits, preferably knowledge of European and Asian pattern system/body difference

？ Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

？ Good computer and office software skill, CAD knowledge is plus

？ Have good knowledge of apparel produce and technique

？ Honest, responsible

？ Min 5 years relevant QA working experience
