Responsible for the delivery of telecom services to Ericsson's customers in the domain of Customer Support and Network Deployment in Radio Access Network (RAN) Team
Drive RAN technical support for customers in Hong Kong & Macau.
Support RAN trouble shooting and emergency recovery activities.
Troubleshoot with creativity and different approaches for severe, undefined problems in networks and propose suitable resolving solutions.
Implement the latest RAN SW and features; manage and tackle the challenges related to SW quality
Lead technical knowledge sharing to strengthen local competence in RAN and IP network topology.
Technical interface of Service Delivery & Operations organization towards Global and Regional Support Units.

Qualifications
Degree holder in Telecommunication / Electronic Engineering / Information Technology or related discipline
At least 7 years experience in Telecom industry with solid knowledge of GSM/GPRS and WCDMA/HSPA, as well as good understanding of LTE
Good knowledge in the latest RAN & IP network topology principles & techniques.
Good experience in customer support activities for WRAN related products.
Detailed knowledge and ongoing access to knowledge of system design and implemented functional characteristics.
WRAN W11 Integration and Verification or FOA experience is a plus.
Access to and experience with using the latest troubleshooting tools and techniques.
Willing to work under high pressure.
Taking initiative with strong focus and drive on problem solving.
Strong team-work across different functional teams locally, regionally and globally.
Pro-active, customer-oriented with good customer communication skills.
Good command of English (verbal and written)
