Job Description
Job Title: Marketing&Sales coordinator
Report to: Account Manager
Job Location: Shanghai
Purpose of this Position:
Support development and implementation of the marketing & sales strategy in China. Provide support to assigned country sales teams and act as point of contact for marketing and sales activities and inquiries.
Main responsibilities:
l Provides pro-active marketing & sales support to the local organization in China.
l Support implementation and execution of brand/communication strategies to further develop the brand and grow the Bugaboo business according to global sales & marketing objectives.
l Works closely together with account manager, regional sales manager, sales and marketing departments (global & regional)
l Organize, set-up and manage brand and retail events, fairs and exhibitions to grow the brand awareness and sales.
l Pro-actively support the execution of integrated consumer campaigns/product launches and support the sales team to sell/present Bugaboo in the best way possible in store and online.
l Manage weibo community and other online platforms in close cooperation with local team and global digital marketing team.
l Be the marketing & sales contact person for retailers and colleagues. Help build and maintain the relation with retailers and other external partners.
l Assist seasonal sell in process, further customize and implement sell in tools to maximize the impact of our brand strategy
l Help develop relevant sales and marketing plans to achieve medium term strategic objectives.
l Collect, analyze and report market data by using internal and external sources of information in order to inform sales and marketing department. Keep track of brand development, competition and market developments. Reporting market potential on time. Help collect, analyze and report market feedback on sales and marketing initiatives/tools.
l Work closely with global marketing to share relevant input and ensure strategic brand and business alignment.
Requirements:
n Education
Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing Communication.
n Experience
Minimum of 3 year marketing and/or retail experience, preferably in an international environment.
Preferably also experience in online/digital marketing and project management.
n Specific knowledge
MS office, outlook, SNS
Fluency in written and verbal English, fluency in written and verbal Mandarin
n Business understanding
General understanding of branding and retail requirements
n Other relevant capabilities / skills include;
