Responsibility for the order processing, includes
- check of all order documents (calculation, shipping information, export control documents etc.)
- creation of and commercial check of contracts
Further development of the order process and the tools

Main contact for the internal interfaces to salesmen and central sales department in German headquarter.

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the sales support team

Report to Director Sales

Requirements

studies of economics or similar professional background

At least 3-5 years sales experience with leadership function, Ideally knowledge of the processes and practices in the investment industry. Optimal: laser industry.

Profound knowledge of order processing incl. contracting etc.

Chinese (must!), English (must!)

team-oriented leader with high social and communication skills, and strong problem-solving ability

flair in dealing with customers and partners

Absolutely independent and structured way of working

High flexibility, organizational skills and a willingness to incorporate in new issues.

Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP/R3
