Job description

1. Conduct customer visits/presentations, proactively educate and guide customers to get sales order.

2. Create trust and strong relationship with key person in the customer organization, such as decision makers, project team etc. to get deal done.

3. Deal with customer complaint and maintain good relationship with customers.

4. Develop and manage distributor according to the sales plan.

5. Formulate programs that build loyalty, maintain high level relationships, and assure that each distributor represents Dixon to the best of their ability.

6. Develop sales forecast, marketing info, competitive intelligence studies for china strategy development

7. Analyze the local requirements, define new product requirements and/or revisions for the new products development.

8. Other tasks and activities as required

Requirements

1. At least three years working experience in sales for industry products.

2. Mechanical background preferred

3. Good communication skills and experience in deal with customer complaint.

4. Bachelor degree

5. Self motivated and be able to work independently.

6. Team Player

7. Disciplined work ethic

8. Good command of both written and oral English
